Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit. A signed booking form and acceptance of these terms is required before any place is held. Payment schedules, deposits and final balances will be detailed in your individual invoice.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or by an approved card processor. Any associated transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the retreat or training start date may be eligible for credit toward a future WanderLux experience, at our discretion.

Cancellations within 90 days of the start date forfeit the full balance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical and personal liability.

Waiting List Policy

Where a retreat or mentoring cohort is fully booked, you may request placement on the waiting list. Waiting list entry does not guarantee a place. Should a space become available, applicants will be contacted in order and required to confirm with payment within 48 hours.

Training Outcomes Disclaimer

WanderLux Lifestyle provides education, mentoring and frameworks designed to support your professional growth. We make no guarantee of specific business, marketing, financial, sales or social media results.

Outcomes depend on your own effort, market conditions, prior experience and many factors beyond our control. Examples, case studies or testimonials shared are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise of results.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, workbooks, recordings, curricula, presentations and proprietary methodologies delivered as part of any WanderLux programme remain the exclusive property of WanderLux Lifestyle and its trainers.

Materials are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared publicly or used to train third parties without prior written consent.

Non-Compete Training Protection

Participants agree not to recreate, replicate, reverse engineer or sell training programmes, retreats or mentoring offerings that materially copy WanderLux retreat frameworks, curricula or business systems.

This protection applies for a period of 24 months following the conclusion of your engagement and is designed to safeguard the integrity of our community and the work shared in confidence.

Medical Emergency Authorisation

In the event of a medical emergency during a retreat or event, WanderLux Lifestyle and its representatives are authorised to arrange emergency medical treatment on your behalf where necessary.

All resulting costs — including medical care, hospitalisation, evacuation and repatriation — remain the sole responsibility of the participant. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory.

Alcohol Consumption

Where alcohol is offered or consumed during retreats or events, participants are entirely responsible for their own behaviour, consumption levels and personal safety. WanderLux Lifestyle accepts no liability for incidents, injuries or losses arising from a participant's consumption of alcohol.

Public Commentary

Participants agree not to make false, misleading or defamatory statements about WanderLux Lifestyle, its founders, trainers, suppliers, fellow participants or partners in any public forum — including but not limited to social media, podcasts, press, blogs and online reviews.

Honest, respectful feedback shared directly with us is always welcomed and encouraged.

Image & Video Consent

Professional photography and videography are produced during many retreats and events. By attending, you consent to WanderLux Lifestyle using your image, likeness and voice in marketing materials including the website, social media, brochures and editorial features.

If you prefer not to appear in marketing imagery, please notify us in writing prior to the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preference.

Third Party Suppliers

WanderLux Lifestyle curates partnerships with hotels, villas, transfer providers, restaurants, excursion operators and other third-party suppliers. While we select these partners with great care, we act as an organiser and are not liable for the acts, omissions, failures, delays or cancellations of independent suppliers.

GDPR Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and applicable data protection legislation. Full details of how we collect, store, use and protect your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your engagement with WanderLux Lifestyle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
